At Fabritee, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or adjust your order. This policy outlines how cancellations and modifications work for purchases made on fabritee.com.


1. Cancellation Window

  • You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • After 12 hours, orders are already being processed at our U.S. warehouse and cannot be canceled.


2. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To request a cancellation or change:

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
    “Order Cancellation/Modification – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  • Include in your message:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • Whether you want a full cancellation or specific changes (item, size, color).

Our customer support team will confirm if your request is eligible and respond promptly.


3. Post-Processing Cancellations

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

  • If you no longer want the item, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations made within the 12-hour window will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exceptions

  • Orders marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • Customized or altered items (if offered in the future) are non-cancellable after purchase.
