All of our items are handmade in the U.S.A we print and ship all of our items from our studio since 2016.

PROCESSING TIME:
Important embroidered items take 3-6 business days. Processing times are always accurately updated and posted and can be found at checkout. Once your order ships out you will receive a tracking number for your order. (Holiday schedules provided on sale details)

HOW TO ORDER.
1st: Select hat color.
2nd: Select font.
3rd. On the personalization box include the text you would like embroidered on the hat along with the font style and thread color. If you are providing a logo please send us the logo through message. Logo must be sent digitalized, for embroidery. Font embroidery only if you would like to add a back embroidery message us first for custom order. If you select text the font must be selected from the font chart we offer*
4th: Add to cart. Complete checkout.

Important please read before submitting order:
Please double check your order before placing the order, any changes after can cause delays to the processing time. Two lines with 10 letters each line MAX. If no font style and thread color is provided we will use the font style and text as seen on the main photo. Please double check order before submitting we will not change any misspellings. We will embroidered exactly what is provided. We don’t offer cancellations on embroidery items at this time. If you would like a specific size for the design include this on the personalization box otherwise we will embroidered the design that looks best on the hat. Orange is on backorder.
