-We will reply within 48 hours to confirm your order and before we embroidery your product we will send you the embroidery image to get thumbs up.
The size of the embroidery will be approx 2.5/3 inch so the fine detail will show
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have sent us the image we cannot cancel your order, we will happily refund you minus the digitising fee of �12 as we have to pay a digitiser to digitise your image into embroidery. We also cannot change your pet image for another pet image once you have submitted your pet image that will be your final submission. We will happily digitise another image, however this will also cost an additional �12
