Return & Refund Policy

At Fabritee, we believe returning an item should be simple and worry-free. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Returns are accepted for defective products and for items in their original condition (unused, unwashed and undamaged). For defective items, we cover the return shipping cost; for non-defective returns, a small return shipping fee may apply.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns and exchanges for any of the following:

  • You received the wrong size, color, design, or style

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You changed your mind (as long as the item is still in new condition)


3. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet all of the following criteria:

Acceptable Conditions

  • Item is in brand-new, unused condition

  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • Tags are still attached, and original packaging is included

  • Items in sets (e.g. matching tops and bottoms) must be returned together

  • No alterations or custom modifications made by the customer

Unacceptable Conditions

  • Washed or worn items

  • Visible damage, strong odors, or evidence of misuse

  • Missing tags or accessories

  • Return initiated after 45 days

  • Incomplete or altered items

Note: Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be eligible for a refund and may be shipped back at your expense.


4. How to Submit a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide a free downloadable return label for you to print

  3. Pack your item securely with tags and packaging intact, then ship it using the label provided

  4. Once received and inspected at our warehouse (2507 Mountair Ln, Greeley, CO 80634), your refund will be processed within 2 business days


5. Refund Timeline

All refunds are issued to the original payment method and are processed within 2 business days after your return is received and approved.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit in your account, depending on their processing time.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of receiving your confirmation email. After that, your item may enter production and can only be returned after delivery.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that meet the return conditions. Whether you need a different size, color, or design, simply follow the return process and indicate that you’d like an exchange. We’ll handle the rest.


8. Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift during checkout, and shipped directly to you, we will issue your refund as a gift credit in the form of a digital voucher upon return approval.


9. Legal Compliance

This policy is aligned with consumer protection laws in all countries where we operate, including the U.S. and EU. If you reside in a region with additional legal protections, those rights are fully respected.
