Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email (usually within minutes) with your order number, items, and billing/shipping details. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder or contact us so we can verify your information.
How We Ship (Stock Brand)
Fabritee specializes in corsets, dresses, and mini dresses. We operate as a stock-based brand—items marked “In Stock” are held at our U.S. warehouse in Colorado and ship directly. Availability (including limited restocks) is displayed on each product page. Every item is inspected, folded, and packed in protective packaging before dispatch.
Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.
We ship to residential, business, and PO Boxes (PO Boxes ship via USPS).
Shipping Fee
Flat rate: $4.95 per order (applied once per order).
From time to time, we may run free-shipping promotions; when applicable, the promotion will be clearly shown at checkout.

Shipping Cut-Off & Processing Time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT, on weekends, or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
Processing time is typically 0–1 business day.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time (U.S.)
Transit time is typically 2–6 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and carrier operations).

Carriers & PO Boxes
We ship with major U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Residential & business addresses: USPS/UPS/FedEx.
PO Boxes: USPS.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the first carrier scan.
If tracking stalls or appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Delayed, Lost, or Misdelivered Orders
If your package appears delayed or missing:
Check around your delivery area (mailroom/front desk/neighbor).
Review tracking for delivery scans and any carrier notes.

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and provide the next best step (reshipment or refund) according to our policies.
Multiple Addresses
We do not split a single order across multiple addresses. To ship to different destinations, please place separate orders.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and displayed before you confirm payment.
Returns & Exchanges (Summary)
Window: Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
Defective/incorrect/damaged: We provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund at no cost.
Change-of-mind/size exchanges: Accepted within 30 days when items are in new condition; customers are responsible for return shipping (you may use your own carrier or request our label—any label cost will be stated before you proceed).
